Dogs Help Us


There are so many ways that dogs help us. They can help the blind see, give therapy to those sick in hospitals, can relieve stress in their owners just by being themselves and even do laundry! But dogs can also help save our lives by detecting oncoming sickness.

Recent studies have shown that some dogs have a natural ability to detect impending seizures and hypoglycemic episodes. Just two years ago studies started to investigate the possible ability of dogs to identify breast and lung cancer on a patient's breath.
